We were having issues with our water heater and had been without hot water for 3 days. Mind you we have insurance coverage on our water heaters. We had 2 different technicians come out to diagnos our water heater and still no resolution. Becoming very irritated and frustrated with The whole situation I decided to take matters in my own hand I came across FIVE STAR WATER HEATER on yelp and seen a lot of great reviews so decided to give them a call.
The name says it all! Five stars! I had a thermocouple assembly go out on my water heater and I needed to get it replaced ASAP and didn't want to shell out for a new water just yet. Five Star Water Heaters had a technician out to my house the same day and the water heater up and running with no issues. I can't say enough about the really helpful and friendly technician, Soa, and the price for the work was very reasonable.
These guys are great. I needed to haul out a 20+ year old water heater on the top floor and install a new one up to code. Gave a reasonable quote on the phone and they were here a few days later. Completed the job quickly and thoroughly. The Tech was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything clearly, and I would not hesitate to contact them again with any water heater needs.
They did a great job. Estimate was easy as I sent a photo from my phone and got a quick quote, which turned out to be less than other on site estimators. Then Soa came and did a tremendous job of replacing our old heater, cleaning up, and hauling away the old one.
Highly recommended. I would start here when looking for a water heater replacement in their service area.

Great service and takes the time to explain how to properly maintain your water heater. Fair prices on the best brands! On time and thorough! They responded in a short time and replaced my 75 gallon with a more practical 55 gallon!! Appreciate the good advice!!
